Hey – I’m Sakaja Kiendi, founder of Rush PT and your partner in building strength, recovery, and confidence through movement. I believe that strength is more than just physical – it’s the foundation for how you show up in every part of your life.
My focus is on creating training that challenges you, builds momentum, and helps you move with purpose. Every session is designed to improve how your body performs, recovers, and feels – in and out of the gym.
I hold an Advanced Strength and Conditioning Certificate, and I’m a qualified Rehab Trainer as well as Pre and Post-Natal Training certified. This mix allows me to work with a broad range of clients – from those rebuilding after injury or childbirth, to those chasing peak performance with intelligent, progressive programming.
Quality movement is the foundation of everything – strength, mobility, and longevity.
